How are M-Coins credited?Response:
M-Coins are credited for each night of stay and additional services paid at the Maidens Hotel. The number of bonuses depends on your status in the program: the higher the level, the higher the percentage of return. All charges are automatically displayed in your personal account.

How can I deduct bonuses?Response:
You can use M-Coins to partially or fully pay for your stay, as well as to pay for parking, a mini-bar, and laundry services. Debit is available for direct bookings and is carried out through your personal account or at the reception desk.

How does the status rise?Response:
The status increases automatically as the nights at the hotel accumulate. After reaching the set threshold (7, 15, 35 or 66 nights), you move to a new level and receive additional privileges. You can track your progress in your merchant profile.

When do the bonuses burn out?Response:
The validity period of M-Coins is 1 year + 1 quarter from the moment of accrual. If you do not use the bonuses during this period, they will be automatically cancelled. Status nights and accumulated status are saved at the same time.

The Member Rate is a special discounted rate available exclusively to members of the Maidens Circle program. It is valid only for direct bookings and ensures the best possible cost of accommodation from the very first night.
